Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have expressed their appreciation for the security forces following two successful operations against Fitna-al-Khawarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In separate messages, both leaders acknowledged the bravery and efforts of the security personnel who managed to eliminate eight members of the Khawarij group. According to Radio Pakistan, the President and Prime Minister paid tribute to Captain Muhammad Zohaib-u-din and Sepoy Iftikhar Hussain, who were martyred during the operations. President Zardari emphasized that the sacrifices made by the martyrs for the country's security will not be in vain. He reiterated his commitment to continue fighting against terrorism until it is completely eradicated. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif assured that terrorists and anti-state elements will not succeed in their attempts to create chaos in the country. He affirmed that the nation will remember and honor the sacrifices of its martyrs, reinforcing t he resolve to combat terrorism and maintain peace in the region.
