Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed to include slums in the development plan of the Lahore Development Authority. Chairing a meeting in Lahore today, she directed LDA to launch projects to generate revenue. The meeting reviewed the restructuring plan of LDA and decided in principle to form an LDA uniformed force. The meeting also discussed a proposal to establish an LDA police station besides commercializing twenty city roads. Source: Radio Pakistan
