Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced the establishment of cardiac catheterization laboratories in every district of the province to ensure heart care services for patients.

According to Radio Pakistan, the initiative aims to eliminate the need for patients to travel to major cities for angioplasty procedures. Maryam Nawaz emphasized that this development will provide every patient with access to treatment close to their homes.

Medical imaging and cath lab technologists will be deployed to support these facilities, ensuring that patients receive the necessary care and services.
