Karachi: Provincial Ombudsman Dr. Sohail Rajput called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi today and presented the institution's annual performance report. The Chief Minister was informed that the Sindh Ombudsman received 25,217 public complaints in 2025, reflecting a 236 percent increase over previous years.

According to Radio Pakistan, Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah appreciated the Ombudsman's performance, stating that the rising number of complaints indicates growing public confidence in the institution.
